MACEWEN PETROLEUM-PERTH WELL SUPPLY has been inspected 2 times by Ottawa Public Health since September 28, 2026. The most recent inspection, on October 9, 2026, found no infractions.

1 of 2 inspections on record found no infractions at all. In the past 12 months there were 2 inspections with 2 infractions recorded. All recorded findings relate to upkeep, equipment or paperwork rather than water quality or direct safety risks.

What these findings mean

Health authorities word their findings differently, so we group them by what they mean for the people using the facility. Higher-risk findings are the ones that could directly cause illness or injury, such as water that is not properly treated.

  • Equipment and utensilsLower risk

Pumps, filters, chemical feeders and safety equipment such as lifebuoys, reaching poles and first-aid kits must be present and working. Missing safety equipment can matter a great deal in an emergency.

Recorded once on September 28, 2026. For example: The owner and operator of the small drinking water system shall ensure any continuous monitoring equipment that is used meets the requirements of this regulation.

  • Other findingsLower risk

Findings that do not fit the categories above, such as follow-ups that confirm an earlier violation was corrected, or requirements specific to this type of facility.

Recorded once on September 28, 2026. For example: The owner and operator of a small drinking water system shall ensure that water test results, directives, and a copy of the regulation is available for inspection at a location reasonably convenient to the public, during hours of operation without charge.
