   • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
     • There was a build up of client hair at two stations in the storage drawers. There was client hair on clean neck strips. Ensure drawers are cleaned after each client and are closed during services to prevent hair from entering them. Ensure neck strips are stored in a manner so that they are not contaminated with customer hair.
