      • At the time of the inspection, a floor mounted water return cover in the north bend of the lazy river portion of the pool was noted to be lifting and was no longer flush with the pool basin.The lifted cover may cause stripping or injury to bather's feet.Ensure that the cover is repaired or replaced and is made to be flush with the pool basin as intended.
