      • It was observed that locker room floor is damaged in wall coved areas. Please repair the flooring to ensure it is intact, waterproof and easily cleanable.Update: Jagged damaged flooring has been removed. Flooring materials have been received and the operator is waiting for season end to complete the repair. An extension has been granted to correct this deficiency.
