      • The facility pH measured 7.58 and free chlorine 0.14 as per the facility testing kit. The operator shall make some automated controller adjustments to ensure the pH is maintained between 7.0-7.3 and a higher free chlorine level.The ORP setting shall be investigated to ensure the automated pumps engage to add chlorine or acid when required.

      • 24EN-164E00637 returned with coliforms present. Called and spoke to the submitter Mckenna and she stated there had been an issue with the disinfection system that had been resolved. Water chemistry at this time is satisfactory. Advised to monitor and re-sample next week.
