      • The written procedures for skin cleansing and decontamination procedures for dual use sink were not available. The templates have been provided to the operator.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The test strips available onsite were not designed for the high level disinfectant. The operator was asked to obtain the appropriate test strips specific to the disinfectant being used and to provide a photo once they have been received. A log sheet template for recording test results was provided.

      • There was no surface disinfectant available. The operator was asked to obtain an appropriate surface disinfectant.
