What these findings mean

  • Food temperature controlHigher risk

Inspectors check that anything that has to be kept at a set temperature, such as chilled or hot food, or equipment like sterilizers, stays in its safe range and that accurate thermometers are on hand. With food, temperature problems are one of the most common causes of food poisoning.

  • Food safety training and certificationLower risk

Many jurisdictions require trained pool operators and certified lifeguards. These findings mean required training, certification or staffing records were missing at the time of inspection.

Recorded once on February 2, 2026. For example: Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
