      • Pool water testing indicated a pH of 8.0, which exceeds the required operating range of 6.8–7.6.- Adjust and maintain the pool water pH within the required range of 6.8–7.6 at all times.

      • Pool water was not maintained at the required disinfectant level. Free available chlorine was measured at 0.3 ppm, and ORP was measured at 570 mV at the time of inspection.- Ensure the pool water FAC is maintained at a minimum of 1.0 ppm at all times.-Upon notification of the deficiency, the operator immediately closed the pool as directed by the inspector.- Do not reopen the pool until FAC and ORP levels are restored to compliant operating ranges and effective disinfection is achieved.
