- 09. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Critical)?
- The growth of mold is visible inside the outer spray ring of the circular red, blue and white heart/cross water spray structure. The cap of this structure will need to be removed in order to conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the outer spray ring. Please ensure that this water structure is cleaned routinely to prevent further buildup.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- 1. During the inspection it was found that the outer spray jet for the row of floor water spray feature is broken. Water comes out between the metal and concrete on one side, instead of through the appropriate water jet holes. Please ensure that the water spray features are maintained in good repair at all times. 2. The orange semicircular water spray feature appears to have a constant leak. The water was observed for a full spray cycle and this feature did not turn off completely. 3. The screws around the neck of the circular red, blue and white heart/cross spray feature are loose. Please ensure all structural screws are tight at all times. Please have maintenance confirm this feature is leaking and repair as necessary.
