      • During an onsite inspection of the facility, it was noted that the facility was installing a swimming pool for public use. A pool permit application along with supporting documents were not received prior to starting the Constuction. The operator and AquaWave pools & Spas company were advised in September and October of 2023 that swimming pool plans must be submitted and approved by Alberta Health Services Environmental Public Health (AHS-EPH) prior to starting the construction. During the inspection, both owners and AquaWave Pools & SPAS were advised to stop the construction until the plans are received, reviewed and approved by AHS EPH.
