      • In the women's gym and main gym had multiple pieces of equipment with ripped/disrepaired padding that was temporarily patched with black tape. Repair/replace the padding and ensure the surface is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The women's steam room was not functional at the time of the inspection. The camp manager indicated that parts had been ordered for repair.Some visible buildup of debris/old caulking was noted on the front floor of the men's steam room and requires cleaning and/or refinishing.

      • The thermometer in the men's steam room was broken, resulting in glass shards present in the steam room.Clean up the glass shards and to ensure that all physical hazards are removed to protect the patrons when using the steam room.Ensure the steam room has a functional thermometer.

      • The tiles surrounding the window ledge in the women's steam room was moveable and detached from the wall. Clean or replace the water infiltrated areas then repair the area. Ensure the surfaces are smooth, durable, and impervious to moisture. Note: Significant amount of standing water was observed on the window ledge which could be contributing to the tile issue. Investigate and take into account the standing water when addressing the wall repair.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. The left top wall area in the men's steam room was observed dirty. Clean the above-mentioned area and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition. 2. The paint on the heater of the men's steam room had evidence of initial disrepair. Refurnish the steam outlet cover to be smooth and easily cleanable, ensure equipment is maintained in good condition.
