    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • There is one burnt out and broken light in the womens change room. Repair.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • According to management, a sanitation plan for the change room areas has been developed but was not seen this inspection.REQUIREMENT: Send any sanitations plan for the change room/steam room area to the Public Health Inspector once complete.

    • 08. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
      • **Ongoing concern** 1) There is an accumulation of grime on the floor by the showers in the men's change room. This was identified to management and environmental services was immediately called.REQUIREMENT: Ensure this area and other areas of the change rooms (floors, steam room etc) are cleaned on a regular basis and disinfected as needed. Routinely check the bathrooms to ensure they're properly stocked and clean.2) Light is burnt out in the ladies change room shower area. It is quite dark and is not conducive to adequate cleaning.REQUIREMENT: Replace light, consider increasing light quality to allow for visibility during cleaning.
