Surface and equipment disinfectant, cavi wipes, was expired since May 2018.-Please procure and use effective disinfectant to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of equipment and facility's surfaces.2. Reusable laser handle covers were being cleaned/disinfected with bleach solution and alcohol.-Please use disinfectant with health Canada's DIN such as preempt RTU to disinfect these covers.
