- The following areas were not in good repair:-missing floor tiles at the manicure area-broken ceiling tiles at the washroom above the laundry machines.-Repair or replace tiles.
- 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
- The following equipment had dirt build up:-the inner chamber of the washing and drying machine at the washroom.-the Uv lamp/nail dryer beside the handwashing station at the pedicure area.Ensure all equipment are kept clean to prevent cross contamination.
