- Re-usable hand towels were in washroom. Discussed having single use hand or paper towels at hand sink to prevent cross contamination.
- 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
- Emery boards for manicures are being disinfected after each use. Discussed that emery boards are non-porous and not easily cleanable. Emery boards are meant to be only single use and disposed of after. Operator has very few manicure clients. Recommended storing emery boards for each client in a separate, zip loc bag on site.
