- The disinfectant in use is not approved by Health Canada to reprocess semi-critical equipmentObtain an approved disinfectant to reprocess semi-critical equipment and tools.Update: As of 4th of March 2026, the disinfectant in use is not approved by health Canada. PHI instructed that only high-level disinfectant approved by Health Canada must be used. Operator will now be using the same approved high-level disinfectant as Fixe skin and laser.
