- Description: No Personal service Notification was submitted to the Environmental Public Health department.Ensure that a Personal Service Notification is submitted. PHI will send the link for submission in the email.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Description: An unapproved disinfectant is in use for disinfecting semi critical equipment's.PHI instructed that only high-level disinfectant approved by Health Canada must be used. Operator will now be using the same approved high-level disinfectant as Fixe skin and laser.
