- A spray bottle was labelled to be Pre-empt RTU but there was no information on the expiration date. The Operator did not have the bulk solution present and has been using a different disinfectant (which was acceptable).REQUIREMENT: Re-label or remove the bottle so there is no confusion on the disinfectant being used.
