- Personal services notification was not completed.PSN was completed during inspeciton.

- Facility specific written procedure for client care discussed onsite. AHS template for client care provided.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 1- The barbicide in the jars were noted of different concentration which indicated that barbicide disinfectant was not prepared following manufacture instruction for use (MIFU) from the label. Discussed with owner and corrected onsite.Ensure the MIFU are followed.2- Contact time for Clippercide disinfectant was not being followed. Discussed the contact times for different disinfectants with owner.Ensure the clippers remain wet for required contact time as mentioned on the label of the disinfectant. Contact time for Clippercide is 10 min.
- 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
- The hair wash station were reportedly being used for reprocessing of non-critical equipment. A stainless steel sink located in the hair salon area was designated for reprocessing. Operator will post a label on the sink "Reprocessing sink NO HANDWASHING". Washroom sink will be use for hand washing.
