      • IPL and laser machine lenses are not being disinfected with an approved low level disinfectant. Alcohol wipes are being used currently. **Ensure the lenses are disinfected with a low level disinfectant. This can then be followed with an alcohol wipe. Unfortunately alcohol is no longer recognized as a disinfectant by AHS.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. No warning signage for laser service posted. **Post warning signage on door.2. Alcohol wipes were expired (April 2024). **Obtain new alcohol wipes.
