- 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- 1. Combined chlorine is measured at a concentration of 1.51 ppm at the time of inspection. Ensure to take necessary actions to reduce combined chlorine levels to be as low as possible for bather comfort.2. Total alkalinity is measured at a concentration of 23 ppm at the time of inspection. Operator was able make adjustments to the pool chemistry by adding sodium bicarbonate to increase the concentration of the alkalinity during the inspection. Alkalinity was measured at 37 ppm after adjustments, which still does not meet the minimum requirement of 60 ppm. Ensure to take necessary action to increase the alkalinity so it is maintained at no less than 60 ppm and no greater than 180 ppm.

- 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- Combined chlorine levels measured by operator were at a residual of 2.0 ppm. Combined chlorine levels could not be measured by PHI test kit, as the total available chlorine was over-range (OR). Ensure to take necessary actions to reduce combined chlorine levels to be as low as possible for bather comfort.
