      • The sand timer was removed from the sauna as patrons were using it as a challenge to see how long they could last in the sauna. The sauna must be equipped with a method that allows patrons to monitor their length of stay. A clock displaying the time is a valid option.

      • 1) The facility is using a dip and read chemical testing device for the cold plunges. This is not an approved testing method. Please obtain a new test kit.2) Logs for daily chemical tests were not available. Please create a log sheet for the daily tests. (FC, TC, CC, TA, pH, automatic readings (pH, ORP), sauna temp, main drain cover checks, clarity, temp, any chemical additions, incident/contamination events).
