PHI disassembled the impeller and found biofilm buildup from previous services.Corrective Actions:- Ensure that the impeller is disassembled, cleaned, and disinfected with a low or intermediate level disinfectant between each client service.

      • Preempt CS20, Preempt RTU, and AHP 7 test strips were available.*** Daily testing of the high level disinfectant was not conducted, and logsheets were not maintained to document daily results.Corrective Actions:- Please ensure high level disinfectants are tested each day they are used.- Ensure results are documented in a logsheet.
