At the time of inspection, the ventilation opening in the men's washroom was observed without a cover, and the cover in the women's washroom was loose, falling away from the vent, and not adequately secured.Repair and properly secure the ventilation covers to ensure all ventilation openings are adequately covered and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
