- The presterilized acupuncture needle packages were open. Some needles were already out of the package and stored in cotton. No acupuncture service was taking place at the time of the inspection. The open packages and the exposed needles were discarded on site.Ensure the presterilized needle packages are only opened at the time of the treatment. Needles cannot be reused.
