- 2 wooden sticks were stored inside a heated wax pot, operator indicated the sticks were to stir the wax and not used for waxing. - Remove the sticks immediately and ensure never leave object inside the wax pot.

- The CS 20 and RTU disinfectant were refilled without updating the expiration date. - Ensure the new expiration date is updated when refilled.
