      • Disinfectant testing was recorded on a calendar by a check.- Sent proper disinfectant log for recording keeping.Ensure detailed information, including disinfectant and test strip details, date and time of timing, and initials are properly recorded.

      • 2 wooden sticks were stored inside a heated wax pot, operator indicated the sticks were to stir the wax and not used for waxing. - Remove the sticks immediately and ensure never leave object inside the wax pot.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The CS 20 and RTU disinfectant were refilled without updating the expiration date. - Ensure the new expiration date is updated when refilled.
