      • Written procedures were not available for review at the time of inspection.- Operator completed required written procedures during the inspection.

      • Visible buildup of hair debris in two station drawers storing reusable equipment. - Ensure reusable equipment is stored in a sanitary manner and protected from contamination. The operator cleaned and disinfected the indicated drawers.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Visible hair debris noted on electric clippers located in the first left station drawer.- Ensure reusable equipment is adequately cleaned prior to disinfecting. Operator cleaned and then disinfected indicated equipment.

      • Visible debris noted in Barbicide solutions stored at barbering stations during inspection. Operator reported Barbicide is changed every other day. - Ensure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use for disinfectants. Operator discarded and remade Barbicide solutions and reviewed requirement to change solution daily or as necessary with debris build up as per manufacturer's instructions for use.
