    • 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Results from sample collected Sept. 10 were: TC absentHPC 420.Pool has since closed for the season.

    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Flow meter for the pool was fluctuating constantly making an accurate reading difficult to obtain. Operator adjusted and fluctuation decreased. Please ensure the flow meter is operating properly and accurate readings can be achieved, or the flow meter will need to be repaired or replaced.

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • When filters were turned off the gauges re-set at 5 psi and 2 psi when no pressure was on the system. Have the gauges calibrated or replaced to be accurate.
    • 11. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit?
      • No permit observed and operator unable to locate them.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Update: Operator indicated they are changing out the sump/main drain frames and at this time haven't provided information on new covers or a completed anti-entrapment plan. A complete anti-entrapment plan has not been submitted. Operator has also changed drain covers since initial plan was provided. Please provide any outstanding documentation, including a new anti-entrapment plan listing the new covers and related details, documentation on new drain covers and a certificate of compliance with dates of installation.

      • Update: Operator indicated they are changing out the sump/main drain frames and at this time haven't provided information on new covers or a completed anti-entrapment plan. A complete anti-entrapment plan has not been submitted. Operator has also changed drain covers since initial plan was provided.       • July 8: second sample with elevated HPC of 3480. HPC >57,000 detected in a sample collected June 27. Chemical parameters were not recorded the day of sample collection as pool was closed. FAC in days following the sample were recorded at greater than 2.0 ppm.
