- 1. Hair washing sinks were observed to contain debris and hair. These sinks must be thoroughly cleaned after each use to maintain proper hygiene standards.2. The disinfecting solution, Sure 5 RTU, on site was observed to have an expiry date from 2022. Although operator indicated it is no longer in use, it was left openly accessible, suggesting potential use. The operator stated it will be disposed of.

- Hair curlers stored in multiple bins were visibly dirty, with hair and debris present. Additionally, some hair brushes were not fully cleaned and had hair remaining on them. All tools must be properly cleaned and free of hair after each use to maintain hygiene standards.Larger hair curlers stacked on a plastic platform were not in use and were observed to have visible dust and debris. These items are not being stored properly. All equipment must be cleaned and stored in a sanitary manner when not in use.
