- Please ensure all procedures that puncture the client's skin or uses high frequency energy, lot numbers, expiry of needles are included in client's charts and frequency of laser, # of passes, and area worked on is documented.

- Please obtain test strips for high-level disinfectant, and please record testing and keep on site for 2 years.
