      • The following areas were noted with an accumulation of sticky debris, products, and dust:- Storage shelving behind nail technicians- Several storage containers on trolley carts (ex. cotton ball container, nail tools container, and pedicure scrub container)- Trolley surfaces** Ensure all noted areas are adequately cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner. Areas not mentioned above that appear visibly dirty are not exempt from cleaning and will be inspected upon re-inspection** Ensure the entire facility is regularly cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner
