      • Updated Aug 7, 2026For the months of July and August, observed multiple instances on log sheets (10) where cyanuric acid was measured >50 mg/L but no apparent action was taken.-Ensure staff know the chemical ranges where actions must be taken-Recommended to include acceptable chemical ranges on the log sheet directly beside the cell where chemical measurements are recorded-Ensure managers are reviewing chemical test records regularly----------Readings for total alkalinity, chlorine and orp were some days recorded outside normal operating ranges but with limited evidence of corrective action conducted. Logs should always show exact test results, time of testing, corrective actions taken, and follow-up test results confirming return to acceptable ranges.
