      • Hairbrushes and clippers stored at the hair stations were covered in hair and not clean. Tweezers and other esthetic tools stored in the wax room were visibly dirty.

All lash tools must be cleaned and disinfected prior to the next lash service. No disinfectant available for disinfecting electric clippers. Electric clippers must be cleaned and disinfected prior to use on the next client. The bottle of Barbacide low level disinfectant was running low.

      • There was something floating in the wax pot on the right and the wax was not free from contamination.

      • Surfaces throughout the facility were not clean. Hair stations were covered in hair. Hair sinks and chairs were visibly dirty. Surfaces in the wax room were visibly dirty.

      • The reprocessing sink as being used as the staff kitchen sink.
