- Facility has undergone changes since the last inspection, including placing the reprocessing sink beside the laundry machine in the furnace room. Please note, both furnace areas and laundry areas are considered "dirty" spaces where cross-contamination may occur. Please move reprocessing sink to another area where there will not be potential for cross-contamination. Sink should also only be accessible by staff, not clients in the new area.
