The alcohol based hand sanitizer in the salon was expired. -Ensure that the hand wash sink is accessible for hand washing at all times and replace the hand sanitizer and monitor expiry dates.

- Hair brushes, curlers, and storage containers for the curlers and other supplies had a build up of hair and debris.-Please thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment as well as the containers for storing equipment.
