- 1. The hand wash sink was not accessible for hand washing at the time of inspection as trays of hair dye were in the sink. 2. The alcohol based hand sanitizer in the salon was expired. -Ensure that the hand wash sink is accessible for hand washing at all times and replace the hand sanitizer and monitor expiry dates.

- Hair brushes, curlers, and storage containers for the curlers and other supplies had a build up of hair and debris.-Please thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment as well as the containers for storing equipment.
