      • 1. Missing paper towel at hand washing stations. Please provide paper towel for each hand washing station. Mounted dispenser is preferred.2. Paper towel is not provided in a dispenser in the client washroom.

      • 1. The test pack (Process Challenge Device) used for the peel pouch cycle contains only a small instrument. However, the test pack should represent the heaviest and most challenging load to be sterilized. Additionally, it must be positioned at the coldest point in the sterilizer, typically near the drain.2. Manufacturer's Instructions for Use (MIFU) for all equipment requiring sterilization were not available. Please verify that validated sterilization procedures are included in the MIFU.
