No antiseptic step performed on skin prior to extractions. **Ensure skin is prepped with an antiseptic step prior to extractions. ***DISCUSSED WITH OPERATOR. USE OF ALCOHOL AVAILABLE ONSITE.

      • High frequency machine was being disinfected with alcohol. **Unfortunately alcohol is no longer recognized as an approved disinfectant. ***DISCUSSED WITH OPERATOR AND PREEMPT RTU WIPES AVAILABLE ONSITE.

      • Some of the salon chairs in the hair dressing room were observed to be damaged, making cleaning and disinfecting these surfaces difficult.Repair or replace damaged chairs to render client service areas smooth and easily cleanable.
