      • Ensure records include: 1. Which procedure was done and which the part of the body the procedure was done to. 2. The name and contact information of the person who received the procedure. 3. The name and contact information of the person who provided the procedure. 4. Documentation that an explanation of the procedure and information about any risks associated with the procedure were communicated to the client. 5. Dates of the procedure. 6. The lot numbers and expiry date of the pre-packaged sterile equipment used in the procedure.

The action taken by the person providing the procedure when the exposure occurred. 6. Then name and contact information of the person who was exposed to blood or body fluids.
    • Washrooms are kept clean and equipped with the required supplies.
      • Provide a supply of toilet paper.
      • Provide paper towels in a dispenser at the hand wash sink.
