Two separate suction systems were confirmed during the inspection; however, additional information is required to verify maximum system flow rates, suction outlet cover flow capacities, and the required anti-entrapment protection for each system. Further technical review is required before compliance can be confirmed.

- Sand/debris was observed on the bottom of the whirlpool basin, and staff advised recent filter-related work had occurred. Filtration and circulation systems must be maintained to prevent debris from entering the basin and to support safe water quality. Please assess and repair the filtration/circulation system as needed and remove the sand/debris from the basin.

- No valid AHS pool permit was available at the time of inspection. A pool cannot be operated without a valid AHS pool permit, and once available, the permit must be displayed in a conspicuous place where it may be easily seen by patrons. Please ensure a valid AHS pool permit is available prior to operation and posted in public view.
