      • 1- Several areas of tile grout on the ramp leading to pool observed to be deteriorated. Damaged grout may be difficult to clean and sanitize effectively and can allow the accumulation of moisture, dirt, and debris.Ensure that tiled surfaces are maintained in good repair and that deteriorated or missing grout is replaced as needed to provide a smooth, cleanable surface and maintain the facility in a sanitary condition.2- Debris is observed accumulated on the bottom of the pool.
