- Templates for Facility specific written procedures specific to the business were provided during the inspection:1) Written procedures for skin cleansing.2) Written procedures for applying antiseptic to skin.3) Written procedures for Client care in case of Accidental Skin cut and punctures.

- Operator mentioned that skin toner is used on client skin before performing needling procedures.Discussed to use an antiseptic before performing and skin puncturing.Antiseptic with NPN number was available onsite.

- Operator discussed that post service care are verbally provided to clients.Operator was asked to ensure that written instructions are provided to the clients either electronically or by paper form.Operator confirmed to providing the written instructions to the clients after microneedling procedure.

- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Observation was made that operator is using comedone/loop extractors for facial services.Operator mentioned that they are cleaned and disinfected using antiseptic product.Please note that comedone/loop extractors are considered semi-critical equipment and must be disinfected using at least High-Level Disinfectant.Obtain the HLD and follow manufacturers instructions for the reuse period and dilution expiry date of HLD.**Operator confirmed that the HLD will be discarded after each use, hence routine testing is not required.
