      • Written procedures for skin cleansing and accidental skin cuts were established during the inspection. Ensure procedures are accessible to workers at all times.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Previously used metal drill bits were not cleaned and disinfected before they were placed in the workstation in a shallow container of alcohol.Corrective Actions:- After each client service, take all used previously used reusable equipment to the reprocessing area to be cleaned and disinfected, before they are taken back to the client service area.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • * Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant was expired since April 2026.AHP 7 test strips were available.Low level disinfectant spray was available for use on surfaces and pedicure basins. Recommend using an alternative low level or intermediate level disinfectant with a contact time of 4 minutes or less.Corrective Actions:- Acquire a new disinfectant that is not expired. Ensure the new disinfectant has appropriate test strips.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • Decanted cosmetics and other products such as alcohol were kept in unlabeled containers. Corrective Actions:- Ensure containers are accurately labeled with product identifiers.
