      • Preempt CS20 disinfectant used for tools disinfection expired on March 4, 2025. Please obtain a new disinfectant.

      • The concentration of Preempt CS20 solution used for tools disinfection was inadequate when tested by the test strip (water was added). Ensure that the Preempt CS20 used as per manufacturer's instructions (do not add water). It was addressed during the inspection.

      • Bulk supply (paraffin wax) was contaminated - multiple plastic cups were observed inside the paraffin wax. Please ensure that a tool used to remove paraffin from the paraffin bath is stored outside in a clean container.
