      • Written procedures were completed during the inspection.Reprocessing sink will be used for hand hygiene therefore written procedures for sink decontamination were completed.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • A high-level disinfectant is required for disinfection of semi-critical equipment (i.e. eyelash extension tweezers). Purchase a high-level disinfectant. Most high-level disinfectants have a 14 to 30-day reuse period but you must also retain proper indicator test strips and keep High Level Disinfectant (HLD) logs. HLD log templates were provided at the time of inspection.
