Semi-critical such as facials extractors are not properly disinfected.2) Using Buckeye Eco Neutral Disinfectant without Drug Identification NUmber (DIN) or MDL was used to disinfect surfaces such laser eye goggles and other hard surfaces.3) Machine probes were disinfected with 70% alcohol without a DIN or MDL.Provide a high-level and low-level disinfectants. Owner ordered them during inspection.

      • No sharps container available to dispose of needles. Provide a sharps container.

      • One empty and one full vial of BioRepeel chemical peel was found in the facility.Corrective action:Please do not use this BioRepeel chemical peel as it contains Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) which is prohibited in Canada.Both vials were discarded during inspection.
