- Please ensure procedures where needles puncture the skin, or high frequency procedures lot numbers, expiry dates, frequency and location of treatment are being documented on client records.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Please obtain a high-level disinfectant for all semi-critical tools.If you reuse the high-level disinfectant, you must document. PHI will send you documentation template. Please also obtain test strips.
