- 02. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
- Total Coliforms detect in bacteriological water sample taken on 2026-07-21.Pool was not issued a closure order at this time, due to sampling technique being the likely cause of the unsatisfactory results. Values for FAC, pH and TA on the sampling and inspection date were satisfactory. There have been no recent incidents and the volume of patrons has been regular. Filter media is being maintained appropriately. Facility must resample using the technique discussed during the inspection, and ensure that "resample" is indicated on the requisition form so that total coliforms can be enumerated if they are detected again. A guidance document on sampling technique will be provided alongside this report for further reference. Status of the pool will be re-evaluated once the third sample result is obtained.
