    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Observed that the Chlorine sanitizer concentration reading was below 50 ppm (Corrected on site).As discussed, it is crucial to uphold the Chlorine sanitizer concentration at 100 ppm. To achieve this, formulate a chlorine solution by blending 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) of bleach per 1 litre of potable water.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The installation of a paper towel dispenser was observed; however, it was not put into operation. In order to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of paper towels, it is strongly recommended that the dispenser be utilized.- Please place paper towels within the dispenser and evaluate the possibility of relocating the dispenser to a more accessible location for enhanced convenience.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1) A cardboard box was positioned beneath the safe to serve as a surface protector. Due to the inherent challenges in cleaning cardboard, maintaining optimal cleanliness becomes problematic. - It is advisable to opt for treated wood or a non-water-absorbent material to ensure proper hygiene and ease of maintenance.2) Documentation of equipment sanitation activities was absent during the inspection. - Establish and maintain a written sanitation log to record routine equipment cleaning.
