- Hand sanitizer expired in March 2022. The hand sanitizer was discarded during the inspection. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

- Sharp tools used for extractions during facials were reused. Ensure that all sharp tools used for extractions are discarded after one use.

- Some re-usable tools (eyelash guides and containers for tinting) were not visibly clean. Ensure that the re-usable tools are visibly clean prior to disinfection.

- The manufacturer's instructions for use of Barbicide solution were not followed: the solution was changed every week, and not daily, as required.
