- Facility does not have written procedures for:- The cleansing of skin and mucous membrane.- The application of antiseptic products.- Post-service care.- Client care in the event of an accidental skin cut or puncture.Provided operator with the AHS written procedures templates. Operator stated that she will complete them and keep them on site.

- The facility is also not testing/logging their high-level disinfectant usage on regular basis.Please test high-level disinfectant and log it appropriately.

- Owner changed locations but did not notify AHS and/or no inital inspection was conducted.- Assisted Owner with submitting a Personal Services Notification (Change of Location) online, during the inspection.

Please ensure you have these procedures completed/implemented at the facility.
